After almost a month of being moderately healthy (holy fuck!) I'm back to being sick. I honestly thought I could head this off but the sore throat turned into a cough turned into a sinus infection (oh god it hurts to breathe out my nose) and now my stomach is just hurting in general. Yaaay winter.

My trainer's been pushing me more than usual recently and it's feeling 75% wonderful, 25% terribly painful. I've noticed her amping things up constantly so where I'd be doing 3 sets of 10 one day, I'll be doing 4 of 15 the next. Weights haven't stopped going up (we started at a measly 125 on the leg press and I'm now doing 200lbs) and I'm almost doing entire stacks in some places. I feel stronger, she keeps commenting on how I'm 'melting away' (which I don't see at all yet, but I think that's mostly due to how my fat's distributed) and my immune system's actually been keeping things at bay. I got my nutrition plan today and, provided I follow it, I should be awesome. It's INSANELY easy to follow since it gives me a grocery list for every week of the plan.

This devolved into nothing pretty quickly. Let's finish this off with the fact that my friends are making me irreparably angry at the moment and one in particular is absolute infuriating me with her mere presence these days. I can't seem to understand how someone so selfish and passive aggressive and unbelieveably dumb can actually be flourishing. arggggh.
